We have little time to waste in promoting a healthy vision of the world. This vision shift must (and can!) occur one individual at a time.
Every one of us has, at some juncture, told a woeful tale of stuckness. Surprisingly, stuckness does not have to be a way of life. What supports and propels this stuckness most often is an undermining idea we have about ourselves which we then surround with defenses. To begin with these defenses are important and useful. In most cases they even help us survive. But at some point the defenses get bigger than we are. That?s where the trouble starts.
This does not mean defenses are bad! In fact, I never met a defense I didn?t like. What it does mean is that we would be better off developing a process wherein our defenses serve us rather than the other way around. This experience, then, is all about taking the power back!
The Stuck No More Online Experience is a guide for breaking free from defenses. To move out of stuckness and into personal/professional success, we begin by identifying our own major defensive postures. All defenses are potentially useful. The idea is to gain authority over our defenses in order to use them wisely and well. Then, as we, one by one, heal what ails us, learning new responses as we go, we can share qwith others what we have discovered, thereby positively affecting the world around us. Thus, our personal freedom FROM from stuckness promises freedom to the broader community. Let's get to work!
